Why should I use SaVit as my collection agency?

The short answer: because we will produce the results you are looking for. We are successful at delivering high net returns to our clients, while maintaining the highest level of integrity. We are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and efficient. We can help you get back what you’ve earned.

How much do you charge?

We charge a percentage of what we collect. Those percentages will vary based on how old the debt it when we receive it, and how long it takes us to collect. We will not charge you anything if we don’t collect. We will even consult with you (for free) to show you how to pay us the lowest fee possible! Call us and we can discuss specifics with you.

Do you use attorneys?

Yes, we use attorneys when all other means of collection have been exhausted. If we can collect a debt without attorney involvement, it’s better for everyone involved. However, sometimes it is necessary. SaVit has longstanding relationships with several highly successful collection firms. We’ll handle everything so you don’t need to get involved with hiring or paying an attorney.

Where are you located?

Our offices are in East Brunswick, NJ. We have many local clients and have built a large following in New Jersey. But we also serve New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and many other states.

How long have you been in business?

We were founded in 1971 and have been in business ever since.

Do you use credit bureaus?

Yes, when it’s appropriate we do credit bureaus. It is a last resort if we are unable to work out an arrangement with your patient. We have found that credit bureau listings are an effective method to increase your recovery. Some of our competitors have dropped credit bureau listing, as it has become more complex for agencies to use them. However, SaVit continues to use credit bureau listings despite the extra work it makes for us, because we’ve seen the results it produces for our clients.

Do you have bilingual staff members?

Yes, we have several employees who speak both English and Spanish. Being able to talk to Spanish-speaking patients has been very beneficial in our collection efforts.

Do you belong to ACA International?

Yes, we proudly belong to ACA International and throughout our history have been highly active members.

It’s very simple.  Even if you are using another agency, we’d love to talk to you about trying us out.
